Banana Bliss Six-Ingredient Smoothie
A summer snack treat. This cool smoothie has sweet banana and honey with a touch of toasty cinnamon zing. WIth only six ingredients necessary, it’s easier than pie and may even taste better too! Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast.
Ingredients:
Serves 1
1 Banana (preferably very ripe)
Squeeze of honey
Cup of preferred milk (I used oat)
Couple of dashes of cinnamon (to taste)
1 tbsp of nut butter (I used almond butter)
A handful of ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend on medium for a couple of minutes until smooth.
3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
