Banana Bliss Six-Ingredient Smoothie

A summer snack treat. This cool smoothie has sweet banana and honey with a touch of toasty cinnamon zing. WIth only six ingredients necessary, it’s easier than pie and may even taste better too! Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast.

Banana Bliss: Six-Ingredient Smoothie

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  1. 1 Banana (preferably very ripe)

  2. Squeeze of honey

  3. Cup of preferred milk (I used oat)

  4. Couple of dashes of cinnamon (to taste)

  5. 1 tbsp of nut butter (I used almond butter)

  6. A handful of ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend on medium for a couple of minutes until smooth.
